Currently TSM implements WFO, if there is an urgent and accountable situation related to WFH, it can be discussed with the Head of Department and HRD

  • Do you have any internships?

Yes we do! We welcome interns from Undergraduate (S1) or Vocational programs studying in a variety of different fields.

INTERVIEW PREPARATION

  • How do I prepare for an interview at TSM?

We recommend reviewing the job description and being prepared to answer common interview questions such as “Tell me about yourself” and “What are your strengths and weaknesses”. 

  • How do I showcase my technical skills and experience during interviews?

Provide concrete examples of projects you’ve worked on, technologies you’ve used, and problems you’ve solved. During the interview, be prepared to discuss your technical skills and provide examples of how you’ve applied them in real-world scenarios. Although not required, we recommend using the STAR (Situation, Task, Action and Result) format or whatever is most comfortable for you.

  • Any tips?

On the day of the interview, we recommend arriving early, take deep breaths to calm your nerves and BE YOURSELF! Remember that an interview is a conversation, and use this opportunity to ask questions and learn more about our company and the position.
